Ordering and payment We use the secure payment system PayPal. This is so well-known and internationally respected that we have no doubt that you will not experience no difficulties. In the extremely unlikely event that PayPal lets you down, we can accept no responsibility. We will try to send your orders out within a reasonable timescale from that date of payment. Hopefully this will mean receipt with three or four days of ordering. We will be using Royal Mail and so would be grateful if you could inform us of any non-delivery by emailing jane.schaffer@sevenarchespublishing.com.uk . We cannot guarantee delivery unless you select the insured delivery option but will deal promptly with the matter on receipt of your complaint. |
